The Morning Banana Diet has recently appeared on Mixi, one of the most popular social networks in Japan. It's turned into a phenomenom in almost no time, and is becoming popular in western countries, too.
The basic rule is to have a banana for breakfast, but let's also take a look at the other requirements:
Have a banana for breakfast
* You can have more than one, but only if you really feel the need * Eat only raw, uncooked, unfrozen bananas. You can't have milk, coffee, yogurt or anything else with it Have anything you want for lunch and dinner
* You must have already eaten your dinner by 8 p.m. (6 p.m. is the ideal time to have dinner) * There are no limits on the amount of food you can eat, you can also have fried food * You must not eat sweets before and after your meals

Boiled eggs
Soft-boiled eggs are typically cooked by placing the eggs in a pan of boiling water and then simmering for approximately three minutes.[1]. An egg timer can be used to measure the time the egg is boiled.
Due to the undercooked yolk, soft-boiled eggs are not recommended for people who may be susceptible to salmonella, such as very young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.[2]
Serving
Soft boiled eggs are commonly served in egg cups, where the top of the egg is cut off with a knife or egg scissors, using a teaspoon to scoop the egg out. Other methods include breaking the eggshell by tapping gently around the top of the shell with a spoon,[3] and even cutting the egg lengthwise as to produce two halves making it easier to scoop the egg from its shell[citation needed]. This method requires a horizontal egg cup to keep the egg from rolling around on the plate. Soft-boiled eggs can be eaten with buttered toast cut into strips, which are then dipped into the runny yolk. In Great Britain, these strips of toast are known as soldiers.
Boiled eggs are typically boiled for 12-19 minutes, depending on the size of the egg.[4] They can be eaten warm or cold. Cold hard-boiled eggs can be cut up and put into a salad or sandwich. Hard-boiled eggs can also be eaten warm in an egg cup without removing the shell, especially for people who want the "egg cup experience" of soft-boiled eggs without risking salmonella poisoning. Most people eat a hard-boiled egg without a cup.
Hard-boiled eggs are also a popular addition to many Japanese soup dishes, such as udon and ramen. Hard-boiled eggs are mixed with butter to form Finnish Egg Butter.

Hard Boiled Eggs
I love hard boiled eggs. For years I ate one every morning until my doctor told me that you shouldn't eat the same food every single day. So now I eat them only a couple of times a week. Sometimes with a little salt, usually without. Used to be that people were scared of eating eggs because of the cholesterol in the egg yolks. Now research has found that eggs also raise the good cholesterol that bodies need. When it comes to boiling eggs, the biggest problem is that people can easily over-cook them, leading to a dark green color around the yolk, and a somewhat sulphuric taste. Here's a my method for cooking hard boiled eggs so that they don't get over-cooked:
1 First make sure that you are using eggs that are several days old. If this is Easter time, and everyone is buying their eggs at the last minute, buy your eggs 5 days in advance of boiling. (See the reference to using old eggs in Harold McGee's On Food and Cooking). Hard boiling farm fresh eggs will invariably lead to eggs that are difficult to peel. If you have boiled a batch that are difficult to peel, try putting them in the refrigerator for a few days; they should be easier to peel then.

Kumari Fulbright - yesterday beauty queen... what about now?
Kumari Fulbright, 25, stuck a butcher's knife in her former lover's ear and repeatedly bit him while he was held captive for ten hours, court documents reveal.
A search of the premises in Tucson, Arizona, uncovered a used bullet along with .45-calibre ammunition, plastic gloves, marijuana, the victim's possessions, and a book – How To Win Friends And Influence People.
Fulbright, who has been charged with armed robbery, kidnap and assault with a deadly weapon, was named Miss Pima County in 2005 and Miss Desert Sun in 2006. Her attorney, Tom Hartzell, said she was a promising law student who hoped to specialise in entertainment law.
'We're eager to see the process through and for the truth of this matter to come to light,' he said.
Fulbright, who worked as a clerk for a federal judge, has been released on £25,000 bail.
Officers are still searching for two men in connection with the case. A third man, Larry Hammond, remains behind bars awaiting trial.

History of Tournament of Roses Parade
East and Midwest. They wished to showcase their new California home's mild winter weather. At a club meeting, Professor Charles F. Holder announced, "In New York, people are buried in the snow. Here our flowers are blooming and our oranges are about to bear. Let's hold a festival to tell the world about our paradise."
And so the Club decided to organize their first New Year's Day parade. Horse-drawn carriages covered in flowers, followed by foot races, polo matches, and a game of tug-of-war on the town lot attracted a crowd of 2000 to the event. Upon seeing the scores of flowers on display, the Professor decided to suggest the name "Tournament of Roses."
Oklahoma Rising Float at the 2007 Rose Parade
Over the next few founding years, marching bands and motorized floats were added. By 1895, the event was too large for the Valley Hunt Club to handle, hence the Tournament of Roses Association was formed. By the eleventh annual Tournament (1900), the town lot on which the activities were held was re-named Tournament Park, a large open area that is directly adjacent Pasadena's world-famous institution of higher learning, Caltech. Activities soon included ostrich races, bronco busting demonstrations, and an odd novelty race between a camel and an elephant. (The elephant won the race.) Soon, reviewing stands were built along the parade route, and newspapers in Eastern Seaboard cities started to take notice of the event.

Motorbike Jump - Robbie Maddison sets record
The brash young Aussie from Kiama in New South Wales stunned the sell-out crowd at the Rio Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas as he went to new lengths on his Honda CR45. Yesterday's event was the perfect warm-up for Maddison, who on March 29 will try to better his mark when Melbourne plays host to the Crusty Demons Night of World Records.
Maddison will go head-to-head with Americans Seth Enslow and Ryan Capes in a leap-off for the longest distance jumped on a motorbike. "There are a lot of people who have wanted to see me, Ryan Capes and Seth Enslow go head-to-head to see who can go the greatest distance. "Now their dreams have been answered," Maddison said yesterday.
"I know I can go further than tonight. I wasn't going to show my full hand before March 29. "There is definitely more left in the tank and I believe, with the support of the Aussie crowd and the awesome facilities being constructed, I will be able to nudge the 340 feet (104m) mark."
Having recently attended the funeral of his idol Knievel, Maddison admitted he wished the famous daredevil had been there to see him make history.
"Evel Knievel inspired me to get involved in distance jumps," Maddison said.
"It was just such a shame he wasn't here to see the jump as he has always said it couldn't be done."
